Chef's Dinner Series Presents... Lana Lagomarsini
February 8 2025 | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM132 Mulberry Street, No. 502, New York, NY 10013
Chefs Dinner Series is pleased to celebrate Black History Month by featuring rising stars in the culinary world. For our kickoff event of 2025, we are honored to present Chef Lana Lagomarsini’s culinary series Supper Club From Nowhere, a celebration of creativity, community, and culinary storytelling, deeply rooted in honoring Black history and cultural heritage. Inspired by trailblazers like Georgia Gilmore, whose secret kitchen funded the Montgomery Bus Boycott, the supper club transforms unexpected locations into intimate spaces where food becomes an act of resistance, resilience, and celebration. Drawing from her diverse culinary background, Chef Lana crafts thoughtful menus that honor seasonal ingredients and global influences. Supper Club From Nowhere not only pays tribute to the legacy of Black women like Gilmore but also invites diners to engage with food in a way that sparks connection, curiosity, and reflection, making each gathering a powerful and unforgettable experience.
Please consider joining us for this special evening of fine dining and intimate conversation featuring a 4-course tasting menu professionally paired with wines. The venue is a special place, too; Chef's Dinner Table is a private culinary salon tucked away in a downtown NYC loft offering the ultimate experience in luxury private dining.
Note: all food, drink and gratuities are included with your ticket purchase, so you don't need to worry about settling a bill at the end of the night.

ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef Lana Lagomarsini is an NYC-based private event chef, and an alumna of Northeastern University and the Culinary Institute of America. Born and raised in the Bronx, she has established herself as a force to be reckoned with in the world of food, having recently been inducted into Les Dames de Escoffier. Having trained in high-performance kitchens including Restaurant Daniel, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and Momofuku Ko, she more recently studied in Patagonia with the legendary chef Francis Malmann. As if that were not enough, she competed on the first season of the Netflix culinary competition, Pressure Cooker. A fan favorite, Chef Lana demonstrated what a new style of kitchen management looks like; one that prioritizes inclusivity and respect.
Her passion extends beyond the kitchen as she highlights the often-overlooked contributions of Black women in food history. Through her project, Supper Club From Nowhere, Lana reimagines dining as an intimate and thought-provoking experience, inviting guests to explore the intersections of food, identity, and community in a way that feels personal and profound.
